Martin Rafter CA

Martin was a founding partner of Stratogen in 2005 and retired in July 2024. He is enjoying his well earned retirement and currently travelling through Europe.

Janelle Mitchell CPA

Janelle completed her Bachelor of Commerce in 1999, became a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) in 2003 and is also a registered tax agent.

Janelle has worked in public practice in Noosa for over 30 years, being with Stratogen since it’s beginning, and provides taxation and business advice to clients across a wide range of industries.

David McMullen IPA

David is a member of the Institute of Public Accountants, holds a Graduate Diploma in Accounting and is a registered tax agent. He has been Australian CFA for a multinational manufacturing business which has given him invaluable management accounting experience.

David has been part of the Stratogen team since its beginning and has a range of local and interstate small and medium business clients in which he provides assistance with both compliance and complex business decisions.

Sally Abbot CPA

Sally joined Stratogen in 2006 starting in administration and going on to complete a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting. Sally is now a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA).

Sally provides tax, accounting and business support for a wide range of businesses and industries. In addition to this, Sally worked with Hugh Ramsay for many years in bankruptcy and corporate insolvency-related matters.

Zane Jesberg CPA

Zane completed his accounting degree at the University of the Sunshine Coast and obtained CPA designation in 2010.  He has worked in public practice in Noosa for 25 years and supports a diverse client base across many different industries.  Zane has specialist knowledge in general taxation and self-managed super funds and has an active interest in Meteorology.

Kim Fewster

Kim holds an Associate Diploma in Corporate Accounting and has a diverse knowledge base.  Kim spent 14 years in the corporate environment for multinational corporations before joining Stratogen in 2008.  Kim has extensive experience with small to medium-sized business, self-managed superannuation funds and audits of local clubs.

Roslyn Kaplan

Roslyn has worked in the accounting industry on the Sunshine Coast since 1990, and has a loyal client base.  Ros’ experience is vast, and she is skilled in taxation and accounting requirements for companies, superannuation funds, trusts, partnerships and individuals.

Joanne Hayes

Joanne has extensive bookkeeping experience across many different businesses and software providers and enjoys working with clients in varied industries. Joanne has a background in the finance and stock-broking industry and is a Xero certified advisor.
